We are excited to give you a glimpse of what happens when the operations crew changes one of the designs on the tri-vision bulletin on I-74 in East Peoria.  The time-lapsed video makes the task seem simple, but keep in mind this unit is 50 feet in the air and the crew has the added distraction of traffic whizzing by at 60 MPH just a short distance away.
